Introducing Fashion League

As a pioneer blockchain-based fashion shop simulation game, Fashion league offers users a play-for-free and play-to-earn opportunity.
The game leverages several unique characteristics to be the “Fashion Game of Web3.”

Background

Fashion League requested inorganic growth of minimum 5K new users on Discord and a minimum of 200% Growth on Telegram.
Using quick analytical tools, strategic campaign ideas and in-house experts at our disposal, Ampli5 could deliver extensive results by running successful paid campaigns within 6 weeks.

Challenges

Being a nascent project, the client lacked a comprehensive marketing plan. Ampli5 provided the expertise to help the client establish a strong presence in Web3. Here are the challenges that the client faced:

1. Content and Campaign Timeline:
  1. The Client is responsible for providing all content required for the campaign. House of Web3 can assist in developing a content strategy at an additional cost, but delays due to content approval are not the responsibility of House of Web3.
  2. House of Web3 guarantees campaign initiation (defined as the first influencer post) within 72 hours of contract signing and payment receipt. However, the complete campaign timeline will vary based on the scope and deliverables outlined in the contract.
  3. Campaign initiation means at least 1 or 2 influencers will begin posting content within 72 hours. The exact number of influencers posting will be agreed upon in the contract.
2. Payment and Refunds:
  1. All payments are non-refundable.
  2. Our money-back guarantee applies only if House of Web3 fails to initiate the campaign within 72 hours of receiving payment and signing the contract in accordance with the agreed-upon deliverables.
  3. To initiate the money-back guarantee process, the Client must provide written notice to House of Web3 within seven days of the missed 72-hour deadline.
3. Contractual Agreement:
  1. The campaign will not commence until the Client and House of Web3 have signed a written contract detailing the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
  2. Even if payment is received before the contract is signed, the campaign will not begin until the contract is fully executed.
4. Limitation of Liability
  1. House of Web3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the campaign.
  2. House of Web3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the campaign. In no event shall House of Web3's total liability to the Client exceed the total amount the Client paid for the campaign.
5. Governing Law:
  1. House of Web3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the campaign.
  2. House of Web3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the campaign. In no event shall House of Web3's total liability to the Client exceed the total amount the Client paid for the campaign.
